Committee Sign-Up Sheet

Please share your Committee interests with us! Use the form below. Committees are one of the ways Friends get to know each other and strengthen our beloved community. 

Instructions: Enter your name and email address, and add responses as you are led. You do NOT need to sign into Google or use a Gmail address–any type of email address (Gmail, Yahoo, Comcast, etc.) will work. When you are finished, click SUBMIT at the bottom of the form. The Nominating Committee will review your responses and reach out to you.
